Meet Our Speaker

Professor Wang Cong
Associate Professor of Department of Finance, CUHK

Professor Wang joined CUHK business school in 2007. His research interests include corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, CEO compensation and financial reporting quality. Two of his papers are among the top 10 most-cited articles published in Journal of Finance in 2007 and 2009 respectively. Another paper just won the 2015 Emerald Citations of Excellence Award.

At CUHK, he has been teaching finance courses for MBA, MSc, EMPAcc, EMBA, and PhD programs and won the outstanding teaching award in 2013 (awarded to the top 2 MBA/ EMBA teachers). Read more >>
